This 26-acre site, nestled adjacent to Crooked River Park, holds immense potential to become a vibrant hub for community engagement and environmental stewardship. The land has become a dumping ground for litter and debris, is overgrown with noxious and invasive weeds and attracts unhealthy elements. Our Phase I goal is to remove all the weeds, litter and debris and begin planning to build a park and river access point.

THE EARTHWIN CHALLENGE
